Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Custom Orders: Custom orders for Mannetjies can take up to 14 days before shipping. You will receive a notification once your order is ready to be dispatched.
• Shipping Fees:
  – Standard Shipping: R100 flat rate for all orders within South Africa.
  – Free Shipping: Orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping within South Africa.
• Delivery Times:
  – Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
• Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local courier or contact us.
